IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ANYONE WISHING TO JOIN THIS BOARD!1. There are no compulsory membership fees
2. There are no banner adverts, popups, or popunders
3. Hiking Victoria is a "Gold" (Premium) Board, hosted by the Canadian-based Company "Sparklit". It's funded by voluntary donations from members. Donations pay for the Board's ongoing hosting expenses, and keep it ad-free and provide for many additional features, including uploading of images, and unique headers, footers, and graphics, and the facility for the Administrator to send announcements and news direct to all members at their E-mail addresses.
4. To view and post to the Forums, you will need to register at the sign-up box and nominate a Username and Password. Please complete all the Fields when signing-up
NOTE! Hiking Victoria regrets that anonymous registrations will not be accepted. Applications should include your REAL NAME and RESIDENTIAL LOCATION (eg: suburb, city or town, and State).
Once your registration is approved (usually within a few hours), you will then have full viewing and posting privileges. You can then wander around the Board at your leisure.
5. If you like what you see, you may then send in a small donation at any future time if you so choose, but there is no compulsion to do so.
